Clinical Supervision
I enjoy and am adept at building relationships, holding space for, and providing support, guidance, and mentorship. My approach to clinical supervision is warm, supportive, thoughtful, and collaborative. I deeply value a relational psychodynamic framework and also incorporate a social justice, Intersectional, socio-political, person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based perspective.
My supervision goals are to support the individuals I consult with in continuing to foster their capacity to think deeply, cultivate curiosity, examine personal biases, provide sound clinical interventions and care, as well as, become their best clinician selves. Additionally, I offer consultation services to individuals looking to further develop their private practices.
I have trained and supervised mental health professionals, including psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and professional clinical counselors in a variety of clinical settings over the past decade, including private practice, community mental health, inpatient care, substance use treatment, school-based initiatives, human rights work, and university settings.
I provide clinical supevision for licensed clinicians. If interested in working with me for clinical supervision, please contact me for a complimentary virtual consultation.
