Leadership Coaching
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be."
-Marianne Williamson
What if your most profound leadership transformation came not from relentlessly striving, but from honoring your truth and leading with the experience, wisdom and power you already possess?

A FEW OF OUR COLLABORATIONS
Our Approach to Leadership Coaching
-
While both coaching and psychotherapy offer supportive, insight-oriented spaces, they serve different purposes.
Psychotherapy focuses on your emotional health, personal history, and inner world. It’s often about healing, working through past experiences, understanding patterns, and supporting your mental and emotional well-being.
Leadership Coaching, on the other hand is future-focused and goal-oriented. It’s about exploring your leadership capactiy, navigating workplace dynamics, and aligning your values with how you lead. Coaching supports clarity, confidence, communication, and strategy, especially in high-stakes environments where identity, power, and performance intersect.
Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, but it can be a powerful compliment. If you’re unsure which is right for you, we’re happy to help you explore both options.
-
We work with deep awareness of how identity, power, and systems shape leadership experiences, particularly for Black Women and Women of Color leaders often navigating environments not designed with them in mind. Our work honors context, history, and lived experience.
-
Leadership is demanding. We offer a space where leaders can think, feel, and reflect without performance, code-switching, or self-censorship, supporting clarity, integrity, and sustainable growth.
-
We listen deeply, bring consistency, presence, and honesty to our work. Leaders partner with us because we show up fully, attuned, thoughtful, and grounded in both humanity and accountability.
-
You don’t have to lead in isolation. We serve as trusted thought partners, helping leaders refine vision, challenge limiting narratives, and develop values-aligned strategies that hold both people and performance in mind.
-
We attend to what’s spoken and unspoken, helping leaders understand relational undercurrents, emotional signals, and system dynamics that often go unnamed but deeply impact outcomes.
Our coaching is grounded in psychodynamic principles, attending to unconscious patterns, internalized beliefs, and relational dynamics that influence how leaders show up, make decisions, and exercise authority.
-
Leadership does not happen in a vacuum. Together, we consider both the system leaders operate within and the internal landscapes they carry, so leadership becomes more effective without requiring self-erasure.
-
Whether leaders are facing burnout, bias, high-stakes decisions, or transition, our work is practical and personalized, focused on solutions that are sustainable, realistic, and aligned with who they are.
